The seller's were ontime and the phone arrived undamaged. I am very pleased with this phone. I never had to contact the seller which I feel deserves 5 stars alone.
There is a button on the side that must be pushed in order to enhance the volume so the user with normal hearing doesn't get blasted with sound, but the hearing impaired user easily converts it by pushing the button. This phone is very user-friendly. Good quality for a reasonable price.
If you are not very careful to hit the buttons just right it enters the number when you push it in and when you release it. This phone sounds clear and works well except for the dialing. Sometimes have to dial several times to get the number to enter right.
the phone is just ok. when i put the amplifier on, there is to much static to hear the other party
this is a quality phone and is not overloaded with complicated and useless features. Does what I wanted.
